- How do I get in touch?
- Email support@profy.top. A real person reads it.
- Where do the songs come from?
- From you. Yurka is not a catalog and does not stream or download music: you open a file you already have — from Files, Photos, your music library, or a recording you just made.
- Where does my music go?
- Nowhere. Separation, lyrics alignment and recognition all run on your own device, and neither the audio nor your own takes are ever uploaded. The app goes online only to look up the words of a song and to fetch the recognition model.
- Why are the lyrics sometimes wrong?
- When a song has no lyrics in its tags and none are found in the open community database, Yurka transcribes the vocal track it just separated. That result is marked as a draft — and you can paste your own text instead.
- The separation is slow on my device.
- Separation runs on the chip you have: six tracks usually take under a minute on a recent iPhone, and a couple of minutes at most on the oldest supported devices. It runs once per song — the result is kept on the device.
- How do I delete everything?
- Delete the app, and everything it stored goes with it. To remove a single song, swipe it off the shelf: its tracks and your takes go together with it.
